What it is
Nobody wants to start a holiday in a supermarket. Send your list, however specific, and the kitchen is stocked before you walk in: coffee the way you drink it, the right milk for the children, beer cold in the fridge and fruit on the counter. Baby formula, gluten-free staples and particular brands are all findable with enough notice. We leave the receipts, charge exactly what was spent plus a flat service fee, and restock mid-week whenever the group works through it faster than expected.

Final pricing depends on group size, region and season. Your planner confirms every cost in writing before anything is booked.
