We collect the details you provide in a trip enquiry — name, contact details, travel dates, group composition, preferences and any notes you add — together with basic analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
Enquiry information is used to prepare your itinerary and quote, to arrange villas, transfers and experiences on your behalf, and to stay in contact before and during your stay.
Sharing
We share only what a supplier needs to deliver your booking — for example a guest count with a villa manager, or a pickup time with a driver. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are kept while a trip is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting our team.
