What it is
Some evenings deserve more than someone volunteering to pour. A bartender arrives with everything needed, builds a short menu of drinks around the group, and keeps the terrace running so nobody is stuck in the kitchen. Beyond the bar we arrange the rest of the atmosphere: an acoustic guitarist for a slow dinner, a marimba trio for a welcome night, a DJ and sound system for a bachelor weekend, or a cigar and rum tasting for a quieter crowd.
