Casa Marea sits on the sand — not near it. Teak, stone and open frames run the length of the house, and the 22-metre pool ends where the beach begins, so the horizon is the only thing in front of you.
Eight bedrooms are split across two wings, which is why it works for celebrations: the late group and the early group never disturb each other. The chef's kitchen opens onto a sixteen-seat table under the eaves.
