Why anglers pick her

  • Private charter out of Los Sueños Marina, ten minutes from Jacó villas
  • Captain and two mates who fish these grounds every week
  • Billfish offshore, tuna and roosterfish inshore, your call on the morning
  • Breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks included
  • Villa transfers and catch-to-table dinner arranged by your planner

Launched in 2016, the fighting-lady-yellow 43-foot Geaux Fly comes fully equipped with the latest Garmin electronics and custom tackle by Alutecnos and Aftco, built by Maverick Costa Rica Custom Yachts. Fishing out of Los Sueños, Costa Rica, she targets Pacific sailfish, blue, black and striped marlin, dorado, yellowfin tuna and wahoo, with the best season running mid-December through the end of April. Every charter includes a full crew, top-quality tackle and bait, lunch on full-day trips, snacks, fresh fruit and drinks.

The whole boat is yours for the day, with a captain and two mates working the deck, so the pace is set by your group rather than a shared schedule. Rods, tackle, bait, breakfast, lunch and drinks are all aboard before you arrive. Your planner arranges the villa transfer, tells the crew how you like to fish, and has your catch sent back to the house for dinner if you want it that way.
